Qui Tam & False Claims Law
Qui tam is part of the Latin phrase, "Qui tam pro domino rege quam pro se ipso," ("Who sues on behalf of the King, as well as for Himself"). In the U.S., it is used to denote certain private attorney general statutes, including the Federal False Claim Act.
