CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT ARTICLE FOURTEENTH. OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS CONSTITUTION. This proposed constitution, submitted by the Constitutional Convention of 1965, shall become the constitution of the state of Connecticut upon approval by the people and proclamation by the governor as provided by law. |
