ROBERT HARKINS is the President and Chief Executive Officer. He is a lawyer licensed in California state and federal courts. Mr. Harkins specializes in intellectual property and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis (Juris Doctor, 1995) and the University of California, Berkeley (B.A., Dramatic Art and Political Science, 1992). Mr. Harkins has authored articles including The Legal World Wide Web: Electronic Personal Jurisdiction in Commercial Litigation, or How to Expose Yourself to Liability Anywhere in the World with the Press of a Button, 25 Pepperdine L. Rev. 451 (1998). Currently he serves as co-chair of the commercial law section of the San Diego County Bar Association and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Defense Research Institute, American Bar Association, and California State Bar. CHARLES EVENDORFF is General Counsel and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He is a lawyer licensed in California state and federal courts. Mr. Evendorff specializes in intellectual property and international commercial litigation and arbitration. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (Juris Doctor, 1996) and the University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A., Political Science, 1992). Mr. Evendorff has most recently co-authored Long Arm: Suing for Foreign Infringement of U.S. Trademarks in U.S. Courts, Los Angeles Daily Journal (Aug. 24, 1999). Mr. Evendorff is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and California State Bar. JASON SLOCOMB is Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Slocomb is also a Web Application Developer with PeopleFirst Finance in San Diego. He specializes in web site design and database programming. He is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego (B.A., Computer Science, 1997).
